Riverwalk

The Riverwalk project that we are working on is a development of upscale townhouses that will be located in the center of Chagrin Falls. The first phase of the development, which included three duplex structures and six individual apartments, was finished in 2014. Each apartment has around 3,000 square feet of living space, a private elevator, luxurious finishes, and a roof terrace with a view of the village center. To maximize the curb appeal of each house as well as the general aesthetic of the streetscape, the landscaping of each property is included in the sale of the home. A lawn and landscaping bed maintenance service is provided by an organization to further enhance this picture-perfect location.

Riverwalk can be found in Chagrin Falls, which is a scenic community with a population of 4,000 people. It is situated on the border of Cuyahoga County and is about 40 minutes away from the center of Cleveland. The picturesque falls that can be seen in the middle of the town gave the settlement its name. Today, the town is famous for its old architecture, eclectic eateries, unique antique shops and art galleries, and thriving artistic community.
