The 4X5 is our latest project comprising luxurious houses surrounded by attractive neighborhoods in the heart of a historic town in Columbus. It is a development project aimed at offering Columbus residents state-of-the-art luxury living. Features residents are expected to enjoy include panoramic views of Columbus city, rooftop decks, and top-of-the-world interior and exterior finishes.

The 4X5 project offers four types of units ranging from 886 sq. ft. to 1,658 sq. ft. A few units will come configured in easily dividable space featuring a front door to the 5th avenue. Three units are available as flats, while 11 of the units are available in a townhouse configuration. All 4X5 units will have one dedicated parking lot, but additional parking lots will be on the street. Owners of these apartments will enjoy 15-year tax abatement on any remodels or renovations.
