Delmer Lakes

Delmer Lakes is a new development that is now selling in Edmond. This new community is located North of Covell Rd in between Pennsylvania Ave and Western. This Edmond neighborhood is now underway with our founding members building their new homes. Named after Taber LeBlanc's father in law, John 'Delmer' Alexander, Delmer Lakes is a special community for everyone that has been involved in creating it. John was not only Taber's father in law, but also Taber's business partner, a smart man who understood that building a home wasn’t just a business, but a commitment. With John, Taber started Homes By Taber, and he's passed so much of what he learned from him along to his team and to our homeowners.
