The majority of our homes are custom homes for our clients. Merryfield Homes does build a few spec homes each year and typically sale quickly as all of our homes look like model homes with extra detail . I try to look at it as if I was living in it myself. I want functionality, flow, and I want it to be beautiful and stand out. Listed below are some lots that I either own myself or have access to acquire to build your home. I also have spec houses listed below that are available and can be sold anytime during construction or after. They can be modified to your taste depending where we are on the build.
