Holt Homes is proud to present Timber Park in Canby, Oregon. Canby is a rural community located on 99E, 21 miles south of Portland and 35 miles north of Salem. It is home to the Clackamas County Fairgrounds, Swan Island Dahlia Farm, and has close access to the beautiful Willamette River for summer boating and recreation. Our homes in Timber Park have been designed to support multiple types of living. We have several one level floor plans as well as master on the main plans. We also have several plans that provide two-story living at its finest. Although Canby is a rural community, it’s easy access to I 5 makes going to the city a quick trip. Canby has a “small town” feel evidenced by its traditional July 4th parade and celebration in addition to the summertime “Music in the Park” where local and some well-known musicians perform.
