LongCrest features 52 newly constructed affordable housing apartments for low income seniors ages 62 and older, providing a valuable community resource while preserving the history of the Long Home site in Lancaster city.Presbyterian Senior Living has reused the existing main structure of the original Long Home and a carriage house to create common area spaces that include a large community room, fitness room, game room, meeting rooms, resident storage, and other various socializing spaces.Applicants must be ages 62 or older and have an income of less than 60% of area median income for Lancaster County. While apartments are subject to income limits, these are not subsidized apartments. We welcome and accept Housing Choice and VASH Vouchers.
