Anglesea is only minutes from Rt. 222 and the PA Turnpike and provides an easy commute to Lancaster and Reading. Lancaster County provides our homeowner’s with a wide variety of features and activities to enjoy from the shops, restaurants, farmers markets and cultural activities of Downtown Lancaster; to the Outlet Stores and recreational attractions just outside of the city; and the beautiful rural areas and small towns with scenic farmland, miles of country roads to explore by car or bike, historic sites, and local produce and crafts. Even though Anglesea is less than ½ mile from Route 23, it is surrounded by an established single family home community on one side, and beautiful Lancaster County farmland on the other side. Streets in Anglesea are extra wide, and all homes sit back 40 feet from the street. Both of these features create a nice sense of space, and the sidewalks throughout allow our homeowner’s to go out and about for a walk. Anglesea features a 1.5 acre park right in the middle of the community, which has a small pavilion, tot lot, large level grassy field, and nice landscaping.
