Baynard Park - Palmetto Collection

Baynard Park, designed in the tradition of Centex's desirable gated communities, offers resort-style living in a prime Lowcountry location.

Baynard Park features an enhanced selection of spacious homes from our popular Coastal Collection, a similar style found at our fully developed communities, such as The Crescent and The Crossings at Pinecrest.
