With Hawk’s Creek’s convenient Fort Mill location and its broad variety of home plans, you’ll be sure to find exactly what you’ve been looking for in a community and a new home. Fort Mill is a wonderful town located along the I-77 corridor in the northernmost part of South Carolina and a 20 minute drive to Uptown Charlotte.

Residents of Hawk’s Creek will enjoy the town’s high quality of life and strong sense of community. In addition, Hawk’s Creek is close to some of the area’s best amenities, including: Lake Wylie, various York County golf courses, fine restaurants, shopping, Carowinds Amusement Park, and more. Children in the Hawk’s Creek community will attend Fort Mill’s District 4 Schools including: Gold Hill Elementary, Gold Hill Middle, and Fort Mill High.

Within Hawk’s Creek you’ll find three villages, each featuring partially wooded home sites and pocket parks. The Oaks and The Willows Villages will include plans from the Traditional Series, while The Maples Village will feature ranch plans from our our new Cottage Series. Models include the Hanley and Preston.
