Kiawah River

Kiawah River is a new waterfront neighborhood located around 15 miles from Charleston, South Carolina. It is a stunning Lowcountry community sitting on 2,000 acres of oak, creeks, pine forests, marshland, and riverfront property perched on Johns Island.

Kiawah River residents’ guests will enjoy relaxing in a riverfront lodge with cottages. At New Leaf Builders, we partnered with a group of renowned coastal architects during the design and development of our Kiawah River community. Our mission was to create a community with Lowcountry coastal homes and amenities. Aside from proximity to downtown Charleston, an extensive list of attractions surround The Kiawah River, including marinas, parks, restaurants, equestrian facilities, and specialty shops. The Kiawah River community is located just across the renowned Kiawah Island, where locals enjoy public beaches and championship golf. The riverfront Spring House, neighborhood parks, and completed homes at Kiawah River community blossom with life. Every day at this neighborhood brings something new, with sometimes wildflower meadows and red-ripe potatoes popping with blooms. Other days, residents will enjoy sharing fishing stories on the porch or panoramic views of sparkling saltwater.
