Cherokee Village

Cherokee Village is located in the heart of the City of Lexington off Old Cherokee Road near the intersection of Highway 6. This planned community will feature 119 home sites and has planned amenities including a Pool, Cabana and a Tot Plot Children Play Area. The community has sidewalks on one side of the road and streetlights. The entrance is located between Birchwood Animal Hospital and Smiles Dentistry on Old Cherokee Road. The community has four plans with a multitude of choices for elevations and interiors. The community has sold almost half of the lots out in the first 22 months and is currently in the process of building the last phase of roads for the 2nd half of the community.
