Priced from $69 per square foot, we commit to the cost and stick with it. It won’t change unless you decide on alterations to the plan after the contract. Otherwise, everything from excavation and site prep to the hardware on your doors is included in the final price. McGuinn Hybrid Homes has developed a collection of floor plans that reflect a wide variety of sizes and styles. Whether you want a 1 or 2-story home, we can work with you to choose and personalize the details. Our homes are energy-efficient. Standard features include a tankless water heater that heats water on demand. You won’t run out of hot water! And this system lasts about 20 years! We also build with energy-saving insulation, windows, and heating and cooling systems. These hybrid homes are high-performance—which not only saves you money but increases the resale value.
