Located in historic, charming Franklin, this exciting new community was developed with a vision in mind - a vision of a small, family-friendly place, where the homes are all within a short walk to the community's central green. Sidewalks, trails and lots of open green spaces will surround and permeate Barclay Place, adding to the outdoor livability of this intimate neighborhood.
