On rare occasions, we decide to join an existing community if we see promise and exceptional value for our buyers. We found both recently in an established Maryville neighborhood and purchased 10 homesites which will soon be available starting in the $300s. We were first attracted to Maryville, which sits in the heart Blount County, because of the close proximity to shopping, dining and recreation in the college town of Knoxville. Then we decided to expand our presence when we saw the popularity of our neighboring community, Morganton Reserve. Maryville is also a short 45-minute drive from the Smoky Mountains making for lovely scenery and a perfect opportunity for day trips whether you want to admire the views or take on a challenge with outdoor activities for every skill level.
