Parkside

Parkside is a community of 19 modern, sustainable homes that offer an ideal base for urban living. With a central location on the East side, the community is just steps away from the amenities of the Mueller neighborhood. The homes have clean, modern lines and warm materials and feature large open living spaces. The homes have private yards at the front and rear of each home. For larger gatherings the community has a private park overlooking the creek that runs through the site. Even more open space and recreation is just across the street at Patterson Park and the nearby Mueller Lake Park. And just steps further is the Mueller central district with a farmer's market, restaurants, movies, and The Thinkery.
