Highland Oaks

There are three manicured ponds, fountains, a junior Olympic swimming pool, a wading pool, and an amenities center inside the gated community of Highland Oaks, which is comprised of custom-built homes.

There are a handful of quality lots available, ranging in size from about a third to three quarters of an acre and including water access. Approximately 26 percent of the land in Highland Oaks has been set aside for permanent greenbelt common spaces, making it an environmentally conscious neighborhood.

The Municipal of Boyd, Atmos Energy, and Wise Electric Co-Op are the entities responsible for delivering complete city services and underground utility lines to this town. Families that choose to make their home in Highland Oaks have the option of attending one of three local school districts: Boyd, Decatur, or Paradise, depending on the number of available seats in each of those districts. Because of its location around 20 minutes away from both the Alliance Airport and the business and commercial sectors of the Alliance Town Center, Highland Oaks provides convenient access to career options, in addition to excellent shopping and eating destinations. In Boyd, Texas, the neighborhood of Highland Oaks may be found on FM 730 North, only one mile north of Highway 114.
