Johnson Ranch is a 767-acre master-planned neighborhood near Bulverde, Texas, located in a high-growth area along US Highway 281, just north of Loop 1604. With open space, a community amenities center, parks, and walking/running paths, Johnson Ranch provides a truly unique living choice. Johnson Ranch is a great place to live, with freshly completed schools in the Comal District and acres of commercial and retail development nearby.

Johnson Ranch is conveniently located 9 miles north of 1604 on Highway 281 North (3 miles South from hwy 46). Take a right on Johnson Way; “The Overlook” will be on the left after about a mile. At 31017 Clover Pass, across from the amenity center, you'll find our sales center.
