Bluewood, the first master-planned community in Celina Independent School District with an on-site elementary school, will feature a pool and playground. The neighborhood has a ranch-rural feel surrounded by historic towns, and outstanding recreational opportunities. Within about 20 miles of Lake Lewisville and Lake Ray Roberts, there is abundant fishing, boating, camping, hiking, and swimming. Bluewood is also just 3.8 miles from charming downtown Celina.
