Towne Lake, named "Best Master Planned Community" during the 2016 and 2019 Greater Houston Builders Association PRISM Awards, is a beautiful community, reminiscent of the Texas Hill Country.Conveniently located off Barker Cypress and US 290, Towne Lake is a short drive to all major shopping and restaurants offered in Cypress. The community boasts one of the largest private residential lakes in the Greater Houston area, complete with a marina, boardwalk, waterfront shopping and dining. Residents can also enjoy the Lakehouse Amenity Center, a water park with a lazy river, a fitness center, a private island, and more! Homes in the community are zoned for the Cypress-Fairbanks ISD, which in 2017 received the highest rating of Met Standard from the Texas Education Agency.
