Towne Lake

Towne Lake is an award-winning, master-planned community located in the Cypress-Fairbanks area of northwest Houston, Texas. At the finish of construction, the community will cover 2,400 acres, 3,000 homes, and feature a 300-acre recreational lake. 300 of those acres are dedicated to commercial development, including a boardwalk, marina, amphitheater, Kroger grocery store, medical services. In 2012, the Greater Houston Builders Association named Towne Lake the Master Planned Community of the year. Caldwell Companies began development of Towne Lake in 2006. Towne Lake promotes an outdoor lifestyle with features such as picturesque views, an extensive park and trail system, beautiful landscaping, and Texas Hill Country charm.
