From the minute Mercer Crossing in Farmers Branch began development, people started referring to it as "the future of Dallas!" The mixed-use development of 370 acres features 93 acres of retail, shopping and office space, as well as 174 acres of residential, single-family homes tucked into six distinct residential neighborhoods. Connected by trails and surrounded by lush, green parks and open spaces, the homes in the community feature Texas Tudor architecture, inspired by 17th-century English dwellings and designed to evoke the atmosphere of the pastoral English countryside. From your front door you can walk to the boutique hotel, boardwalk restaurants, and retail shops.
