Arbor Grove is The City of Central's newest community, located off of Joor Road (between Core Lane and Sullivan Road). The project is currently in the planning stages, with construction expected to begin in the spring of 2019. The Garden District is located west of the Sullivan and Wax crossroads, at Central Square. The Garden District has a cottage-style streetscape and is conveniently located in the city.
Vieux Carré is located directly east of the Garden District, near Central Square. These townhomes are designed for low-maintenance living with easy access to the city.
