Phillips Creek Ranch

Located in the heart of Frisco and served by the highly acclaimed Frisco Independent School District, Phillips Creek Ranch is an exciting 950-acre masterplanned community, with more than 100 acres reserved for lakes, creeks, parks, open greenspace and 11 miles of hike-and-bike trails.
