Surrounded by Hill Country greenbelt, Triana is a gated community with two entrances that offer convenience, privacy and security in a neighborhood with picturesque views and resort-style features, including a pool and two parks. Located in the city of Helotes, the place “Where the Hill Country Begins,” Triana enjoys proximity to the newly revitalized downtown, where Texas traditions live on in the quaint town. One of Helotes’s treasures, John T. Floore’s Country Store, a 60-year-old open-air dance hall, even has a permanent sign proclaiming, “Willie Nelson plays here next week.”
