Crain Square

Crain Square offers unique three- and four-story homes between 2,900 and 5,000 square feet in total size, with three to five bedrooms, upper-level balconies, rooftop terraces, and custom elevators. These classic residences are crafted in traditional Southern architecture. The community features brick-paved walks and stoops, classic front porches and balconies with gas lanterns, manicured gardens, fenced yards, and private garages for up to three cars. At Crain Square, more than 60% of the community is open space, and more than 35% is reserved as green space for residents (and their pets) to enjoy.
