Bay View is within the city of League City and an easy commute to industrial, oil industry, marine, air and space employment centers. Conveniently located near the intersection of I-45 South and FM 646. The area offer a variety of outdoor activities, entertainment and shopping. Residents will enjoy the nearby Big League Dreams, access to Johnson Space Center and the Gulf Greyhound Park as well as close proximity to several well known golf courses and Galveston. A pool with a cabana and an adjacent children's playground is available for residents to enjoy. Students from the Bay View community attend the Dickinson ISD schools, which is known for its strong academic focus. Many public and private educational choices are available to residents. College and continuing education is offered at San Jacinto Junior College, College of the Mainland and the University of Houston at Clear Lake.
