Located northeast of Lake Lewisville, convenient to Hwy 380, Valencia by the Lake is in Little Elm, a small, charming town that prides itself on its “Lake Attitude,” where the living’s fine and top employers are nearby. While the North Dallas Tollway puts Plano, Frisco, and Richardson virtually at your fingertips, Valencia by the Lake is all about escape. Of the community’s 448 acres, 80 of them remain untouched, natural green space. A lakeside community center, with a swimming complex, ballroom, tennis courts, and parks are coming soon. Children will attend the growing Little Elm Independent School District.
