Valencia by the Lake, located in Little Elm, a charming north Texas town that boasts of its “Lake Attitude,” offers a lakeside community center. Residents will also enjoy a swimming complex, tennis courts, and parks coming soon. With 80 acres of the community’s 448 acres set aside as untouched green space, the community is still convenient to the metroplex, with Hwy 380 and the North Dallas Tollway nearby. Ideally situated northeast of Lake Lewisville, for abundant recreational options, Valencia by the Lake also has access to Plano, Frisco, and Richardson for excellent shopping and dining. Students will attend the Little Elm Independent School District.
