Rosebud

The Rosebud is one of Midlothian’s favorite communities. With it’s reputation as a family-friendly neighborhood, it is a great place to have Lillian build your new home. Just minutes from the Hwy 287 bypass and downtown Midlothian. This convenient community still has a relaxed country-like atmosphere with all the ammenities of modern living, complete with a community pool and playground. The Rosebud is located less than a mile from Midlothian’s 155-acre premier community park scheduled for completion in 2014. The park will include a fishing pond, splash park, sports fields, playgrounds, trails, and an outdoor amphitheater.
