Silver Creek is roughly 15 miles south of Downtown Houston and provides easy access to the city's major neighborhoods. Silver Creek, one of Pearland's several master-planned communities, was built by Villa Homes. The area is conveniently positioned near restaurants, shopping malls, schools, and major thoroughfares. Silvercreek residences are just minutes away from the Pearland Town Center and the business districts along SH 288 and FM 518. Silver Creek is largely residential, including single-family houses by Trendmaker and Newmark Homes. The new housing development is located directly south of the Southwyck Golf Club, an 18-hole golf course. Silver Creek has a superb collection of amenities, including swimming and tennis facilities, as well as walking and jogging pathways.
