Greatwood Lake 70s Marquis

Greatwood Lake is an upscale suburban community, roughly a two mile drive through Greatwood from the US 59 South and Grand Parkway interchange, located off Macek Rd. The main entrance is located off FM 2759, where you will find our model homes. The amenity lake will allow access for all the residents, linking the open spaces and parks in the community and allow an alternative to the streets and sidewalks for pedestrians and cyclists. It is anticipated that the lake will serve almost entirely as an amenity, offering a picturesque body of water with plenty of surrounding area to enjoy. Residents of Greatwood Lake will have full access to and use of the new Greatwood Lake swimming pool and recreational facilities, including a nature trail with huge rustic live oak trees.
