A guard-gated community nestled amongst pecan trees and manicured greenbelts on the outskirts of Sugar Land, the Lakes of Williams Ranch offers the best of both convenience and pastoral living. Sprouse House, one of the area’s finest boutique design-build firms, is one of the few original builders in Lakes of Williams Ranch still active within the community. And they haven’t just watched the neighborhood grow, they’ve been fundamental in its evolution and development.
Having built some of the first homes and the latest, Sprouse House has designed and built more homes in Lakes of Williams Ranch than any other builder. A testament to their adaptability, ingenuity and impact on the community, Sprouse House has re-platted and combined lots, moved utilities (even light poles) and provided a host of other unique services for homeowners—even building more pools in the neighborhood than others have built homes.
For knowledge and expertise that only comes with experience, Sprouse House is peerless. A family-owned and operated business, Sprouse House was founded nearly two decades ago by husband and wife, Dan and Kathy Sprouse, who originally met in college as engineering students. Today, their son Adam runs day-to-day operations. Adam—a graduate of Cornell University with a passion for design and architecture—has served on the board of the Custom Builders Council (CBC) and Greater Houston Builders Association (GHBA).
