Timber wood Park
Timberwood park is located in the North central part of San Antonio. The community consists of 2,200 acres of beautiful Hill Country land. Lots start at a half an acre and go up in size. Timberwood Park has several amenitites, including a private 30 acre park with a fishing lake, walking paths, a swimming pool with club house, a weight room, a pavilion and a playground. They also have several sports courts for tennis, volleyball and basketball, as well as a par 3 golf course and putting greens. The school district for Timberwood Park is in Comal ISD. Children will attend Timberwood Park Elementary School, Spring Branch Middle School, and Smithson Valley High School.
