Imperial 65s

This master planned Imperial is the largest development within the prestigious Fort Bend area. Situated right between highways 6 and 90A and with easy access to highway 59, Imperial is a convenient 18 miles southwest of Houston. The 720-acre community offers tree-lined boulevards, Fort Bend ISD schools, quick access to Constellation Field and plans for a proposed business park. On weekends, neighbors can enjoy a weekly farmers market. The area is home to the Imperial Sugar Company, one of the oldest continuously operating companies in Texas and a brand recognized by generations. In fact, the City of Sugar Land was named after the business, and the Imperial crown logo is included on the city seal.
