With the help of his father and son, Wright Homes was established in 1995. That son, Derek Wright, and his brother, Travis, as well as every member of the Wright Homes Team, are committed to continuing the history that Wright Homes has established over time. Wright Homes' heritage is to provide a retreat for every family, built with uncompromising craftsmanship, accurate communication, and a desireable value throughout the whole construction process. Wright Homes is committed to continuing their “custom house builders” tradition in Utah. Wright Homes has been honoured with a number of honours during the course of the company's history.

Some of the most prestigious honours have included the 2006 Salt Lake Home Builder of the Year award and the 2010 Sandy City Home Builder of the Year award, respectively. Wright Homes has built homes for parades all along the Wasatch Front, and the projects that have resulted from their efforts have garnered multiple Best of Show and People's Choice Awards. However, all of this achievement is secondary to Wright Homes' core objective of developing homes and neighbourhoods that will last the test of time, deliver comfort with cutting-edge design, and do so at a price that does not compromise on quality!
