The townhomes built by J. Thomas Homes have a perfect balance of size and livability. Simpson Hollow is somewhat of a cross over between a standard townhome and a single-family home in that almost all of the townhomes have a backyard for children to play, breathing room for the family pet or a private place to host a BBQ with family and friends. Additionally, each town home is over 2,492 total square feet with 3 bedrooms, two and ½ baths, a large great room and a basement. What really separates Simpson Hollow from most other townhomes is that most of the townhomes are only 2 or 3 units side by side rather than the typical 4-6 unit buildings, it really is almost like having a single family home.
