We're excited to release the 3rd phase of our Windmill community. We're introducing new floor plans with the great features you're looking for. We won't have a model home on site as we sell these homes so contact our Online Sales Counselor through out website or by phone/text to schedule an appointment to discuss the home you'd like to build. Windmill does not have any HOA fees and yet the architectural and community standards are high. Here you'll see beautiful streetscapes created with a diverse palette of floor plans and elevations. The result is anything but cookie cutter. Windmill's location gives you a sense of quiet, country living while still being nearby to the shopping and recreation you prefer.
