Sugar Plum is nestled in the popular area known as Washington Fields, right on the border of St. George and within the city limits of Washington. This community is ideally placed to let you enjoy the best parts of both cities. Enjoy views from Pine View Ridge to Warner Ridge and everywhere in between. Washington Fields is also known for its bike and running pathways. You will find many miles of paved trails within minutes of your home. Want to take things off the beaten path? You can find access to many hiking trails and mountain biking trails within the city limits, as well as plenty more just outside. I-15 access is close by, giving you quick access to Zion's National Park, Sand Hollow, Quail Creek, and many more destinations. Head South to find the Arizona Strip, with hundreds of miles of ATV trails that will take you to a variety of places. Sugar Plum is located near top-quality pickleball courts, softball fields, playgrounds, and other sporting facilities. With four lighted softball fields in Little Valley, the area is home to many softball leagues and tournaments, keeping the area vibrant and the residents active. The design of all the fields and courts, along with ample parking, creates a great place to enjoy some time out. Head North for more parks, soccer fields galore, and many local hiking trails right off the roadways. From this community, you are within minutes of the St. George Airport.
