Falls Grove

Falls Grove is conveniently located in Northern Prince William County just one and a half miles south of Centreville, Virginia. This exclusive community will include 110 townhomes and 19 luxury single family homes. The first phase of 48 townhomes will open in the Spring of 2013 with pre-construction prices expected to start in the mid to upper $200s. The townhomes at Falls Grove will be approximately 1,600 to 1,800 square feet and include three bedrooms and three baths. The beautifully designed stone and siding exteriors are enhanced with unique architectural details. The homes will feature exciting floor plans with generous room sizes, gourmet kitchens with granite countertops and hardwood floors, a deck and fenced in backyard. The larger townhomes also offer a study on the main living level and a large ceramic tiled master bath. The single family homes will be in a later phase and will be available for sales in the Spring of 2014.
