The Homes: Seven new home plans have been created specifically for Hower Hill. Some are traditional 2-story plans, but many plans feature basements with guest suites and media rooms. Some plans feature garages tucked under the main floor, allowing expansive kitchens, great rooms, home offices, and guest suites – all on the entry level. Plans range in size from 2666 sf to 3360 sf, with 3 to 6 bedrooms and 2 1/2 to 4 1/2 bathrooms. Most plans include home offices, and some feature media or leisure rooms. The Neighborhood: Hower Hill is a small residential community of only 14 homes, located just 1/2 mile up the hill from downtown Duvall.
