The Estates Of Canopy Hill

The Estates of Canopy Hill are a section of a 160-acre residential development in Union Grove, Wisconsin that has 188 home lots that have been divided into several phases. Located on the southern half of the site, this community will provide additional housing, commercial, and retail opportunities for those living and working in the region. In addition to 18 single-family house sites, the project is expected to contain three multi-family residential buildings (including rental units and subterranean parking), 6,000 square feet of retail space, a community park, and open space for public enjoyment.

On the southern section of the site, The Estates of Canopy Hill will be developed, bringing additional housing, commercial, and retail opportunities to the surrounding neighborhood. The Canopy Hill neighborhood is recognized for being a residential area comprised primarily of detached single-family homes. In the area, more than 90 percent of the lots are less than half an acre in size. It is anticipated that the development will comprise a mix of single family, multi-family, and commercial uses. Between N. Grand Avenue and N. Stratford Drive, on the north side of Canopy Hill Road, the development will be constructed. The development will be built through a combination of conventional construction and the use of modular buildings. In addition, there are no existing infrastructure improvements in Canopy Hill other than the line of S. Stratford Drive that passes through the area.
