ITP (Locally known as the area inside the I-285 perimeter highway) is comprised of many existing neighborhoods that are known for their convenience, diversity, and vibrancy. They are run from Atlanta’s historic districts, to walking communities, to stately mansions to comfortable affordable neighborhoods. Price ranges are literally all over the map from the 200’s to the 10 millions and everything in between. Homes can be found in almost any size condition and configuration. Custom Builders Atlanta is made up of 13 independent Custom Home builders and remodelers who combine their purchasing power to get the best values for their clients. We are EarthCraft and Energy Star builders so the homes that we build and remodel are built to the highest energy standards in the industry. Each floor plan is actually a neighborhood with a description about that neighborhood, price ranges for that neighborhood and examples of the homes the Custom Atlanta Builders have built or renovated in that neighborhood.
