Briar Chapel is a new master-planned community in Chapel Hill, NC. Newland Communities is developing this innovative new neighborhood with a focus on green living and preserving the natural beauty of the area. Briar Chapel is the first community in the Triangle to require that all homes meet the requirements of the North Carolina Green Build Initiative.
