Limehouse

Limehouse is a traditional lowcountry village. Designed on the principals of new urbanism, which stresses a walkable, bike-able, community in which to live, work, and play. Limehouse offers a lifestyle advantage with which most other conventional developments can't begin to compare. Built by us, Brentwood Homes, and designed by Dover Kohl and partners, the renowned urban design firm, Limehouse features all of the bells and whistles at an affordable price. Comprehensively planned to provide a variety of homes, amenities, parks, and civic spaces all in a defined area, Limehouse is the timeless look and feel defined by Charleston, SC, Savannah, GA, and Summerville. Carefully configured to complement the site's topography and natural features, the built areas within Limehouse are interspersed with a variety of green spaces, from formal squares to the natural network of the wetlands. Limehouse purposefully conforms to the principals of good community development, as each neighborhood has an identifiable center and edge; special sites reserved for civic purposes, a wide variety of dwellings and non-residential builds, all within walking distance.
