The Village at Pfeiffer

New condos near Park Road Shopping Center - 2 miles to SouthPark, 5 miles to Uptown. The Village at Pfeiffer, an expansion of the University’s metropolitan campus in Charlotte as well as a unique approach to education and living. Located at the corner of Mockingbird Lane and Park Road, The Village at Pfeiffer will consist of mixed-use space, including 78 residential condominiums priced from the low $200's which will range from approximately 900 to 1200 square feet, and will feature large outdoor terraces. The Village at Pfeiffer condos are in a premium location adjacent to an array of shopping, dining and entertainment near Park Road Shopping Center, as well as just a few minutes from Uptown Charlotte. The Village at Pfeiffer will also include a new administration and classroom building, and medical office space. A bookstore and café with outdoor seating is also included in the plan, along with additional natural areas to preserve green space and promote a pedestrian-friendly atmosphere. The $30 million development, located on six acres in one of Charlotte’s most convenient and thriving locations, will eventually replace the University’s 50,000 square foot building that currently serves 1200 students. Pfeiffer University, which will continue to operate throughout construction of the new facility, currently offers classes in Business Administration, Organizational Communications, Criminal Justice, and Health Management, as well as master’s programs in Business and Health Administration, Christian Education and Elementary Education. While Phase 1 will consist of the school and condominiums, the entire plan has been designed to promote a convenient lifestyle close to school, shopping, and medical care, all at a competitive price. The University, which has been a part of the Charlotte community since 1977, projects completion of the classroom and administrative building, as well as the medical facility, within 18 months
