Tranquility Farms

Only 46 home sites — many of them backing up to beautiful Sloan Creek — comprise Tranquility Farms, the new LandPlan development in Fairview, Texas. Homes will sit on sites of at least an acre, with some occupying two and a half acres or more. Fairview’s town motto is "Keeping It Country," a commitment LandPlan will honor during development, retaining the character of the land and its natural terrain. More than six acres will be devoted to two interior park areas, each with its own small lake. Tranquility Farms home sites are now available, with custom homes that will be priced from the $800's.
