Wallstreet Tower

Once known as the U.S. Bank Tower and Mercantile Tower, this modern 20-story building is being converted into 144 condominiums. The five different floor plans range in size from 850 to 1,520 square feet. One bedroom, one bath units start around $150,000, while two bedroom, two-and-a-half bath units can go for more than $500,000. Homeowner's dues are expected to be around 25 cents per square foot. Two parking spaces per owner are included in an adjacent parking garage. Each unit features hardwood floors, granite countertops, nine to 12 foot ceilings, seven foot windows, walk-in closet, washer and dryer and high speed internet access. The building has 24-hour security, a marble and granite lobby, a courtyard, and a fitness facility. An entertainment room is available to residents for private functions.
