Caldera Ridge is in the East Limestone community and is convenient to Redstone Arsenal, Research Park. The subdivision has a public sewer, street lights, and Lake. The home owners association dues are only $120 per year which pays for street lights and common areas. All new homes are all brick and at least 3 car garage and tile showers.
