Ardrey Commons

Located just south of the Ballantyne area (across the street from the Ardrey neighborhood). The luxurious traditional style community will feature many of the same elements that homebuyers have enjoyed at previous Cunnane Group communities with updated, floor plans, interior treatments and exterior details. Ardrey Commons features luxurious townhomes and urban village home designs ranging from 2,400 sq ft to 3,400 sq ft. All floor plans feature the main bedroom on the first floor with two car garages. The neighborhood will have sidewalks in front of all the homes, a pool and cabana.
