Add as a preferred source on Google

NewHomeSource is a home search site for finding new construction homes, master-planned communities, and trusted builders, all in one place.

Go to newhomesource.com and type in:

  • A city, ZIP code, or neighborhood

  • Or click tabs to browse Homes, Communities, or Builders

If you’re looking to cast a wide net, you can search by state and even popular metro areas from the home page under the Find A Home tab.

2. Find new homes

Click the “Homes” button to search by:

  • Location

  • Price

  • Beds/baths

  • Move-in date

  • Move-in ready vs. to-be-built

3. Explore communities

Click “Communities” to browse neighborhoods with:

  • Amenities: pools, parks, and clubhouses

  • Information on school districts and builder options

4. Search for builders

Click “Builders” to find:

  • Partnered builders

  • Reviews

  • Home styles

  • Current promotions

If you want to get even deeper with your search under homes or communities, there are more filters you can apply:

  • Housing type

  • Community status

  • Community amenities

  • Active adult (55+) communities

  • School districts

  • Garages

  • Living areas

  • Stories/floors

  • Primary bedroom

If you’re looking for homes under the Builders search, each profile will take you to that builder’s page, where you can view information about the builder, testimonials from clients, photo galleries, and a list of locations.

Listings, including new listings, prices, and amenities from partnered builders are updated daily.

5. Use the tools

There are several other resources available on NewHomeSource:

TrustBuilder, where you can read independent reviews from homebuyers who have worked with the builders

The Learn Center, where you can find articles about a variety of topics including homebuying, home design, financial preparation, neighborhood guides, home selling, home maintenance, and more.

News and Trends, where you can keep up with industry news, policy, home design trends, homebuyer trends, and market trends, plus find expert insights.

Homebuying Tools, where you can make use of functions to learn what you can afford, ownership costs, credit score, mortgage, insurance, pre-approval, prepping your home for sale, and how to get offers.

The Bottom Line:

NewHomeSource makes it easy to shop for newly built homes, compare builders, and explore communities to find your dream home, all from the comfort of your couch.
